Hello, I’m Cathy Noblick. As a licensed clinical social worker with more than two decades of experience, I am deeply passionate about what I do. I feel it is a privilege to work with people who are committed to changing their lives for the better. I believe I am doing exactly what I was meant to do, and I bring that sense of purpose to every session.

My style is characterized by compassion, optimism, and collaboration. I aim to create a relaxed and informal space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. I take an active role in our sessions, preferring to focus on solutions rather than dwelling on problems. As a student of the evolving field of positive psychology and the science of happiness, I enjoy incorporating those principles into our work. I also believe that humor can be a powerful tool for healing.
